#SHEDIDTHAT Tamar Braxton Delivers a Baby Boy
While we were all watching the drama unfold on the season finale of Braxton Family Values (Toni is recording a duet album with Babyface and moving back to Atlanta! Traci’s husband may have an illegitimate child!) and learning that Trina had FINALLY filed for divorce from her husband Gabe, The Braxton Clan was at the hospital patiently awaiting the arrival of its newest member. On June 6th, Tamar and Vincent Herbert delivered a baby boy, the first edition to their family.
While a good amount of time has been spent on the show discussing their plans for a baby, it seemed that they had decided to let Tamar have a career for a bit before jumping into pregnancy. The couple had been having fertility issues, and Tamar even went so far as to get some of her eggs frozen just in case. But, in what appears to have been an accident, a baby was conceived in the midst of recording her album.
There has been heavy press surrounding the pregnancy, including a star-studded pink baby shower, causing many to think that the couple was having a girl. But Tamar officially confirmed the news via Twitter, tweeting a picture of blue teddy bears.
“#tamartian friends HE’S finally here! #bfv #tamarandvince #theone :-)”
Tamar has stayed busy promoting her singles and upcoming album during the pregnancy, most notably shooting the video for her second single, “The One“, while very noticeably pregnant. Look our for the second season of Tamar and Vince, which is rumored to capture the portions of the delivery, coming soon on WeTV.
Congrats to Tamar and Vince on their addition! Be sure to tweet her your congrats @TamarBraxtonHer!
