JoJo Celebrates Freedom With #LOVEJO Mixtape
JoJo fans rejoice! Just as we noted in our 10 Music Acts to Look Out For in 2014 post, JoJo is finally free from her prior record label and now signed to Atlantic Records. And she’s so excited that she’s giving us some free music to celebrate.
On Valentine’s Day, she released a new mixtape, #LOVEJO, a 4 track collection that see JoJo covering Anita Baker, Phil Collins, and Kathleen Battle. Not many artists have that measure of versatility, but JoJo has it in spades. After such a long time, it’s great to hear her voice again.
Check out (and download) the mixtape below!
