Will Smith, Alfonso Ribiero, and Jaden Smith Get Their “Carlton” On

It’s Saturday. How’d you like a blast from the past?

Everybody loves The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, right? And of all rap songs ever recorded, it seems like the theme song to that show is the most known globally. And this hilarious video shows its staying power.

Will Smith’s last trip to The Graham Norton Show (out of the UK) was last year when he was promoting Men In Black III. Legendarily, Will, the entire crowd, and other show guests Gary Barlow and Tom Jones all sung the entire Fresh Prince theme song (complete with keyboard accompaniment). So when Will and his son Jaden visited Mr. Norton’s couch this week to promote their new movie, After Earth, he decided to amp things up to the next level.

Watch the video below and see how Will takes us for a full stroll down memory lane through some of the most memorable musical moments from his 90’s hit show (with assistance from both DJ Jazzy Jeff and Alfonso Ribiero).

Complete 90’s goodness right? What was your favorite moment, Tom Jones’ “It’s Not Unusual” or all the hip action? The only thing missing for me was DJ Jazzy Jeff getting thrown out the front door.

What did you love about the performance? What Fresh Prince-ism was your favorite? Share your thoughts in the comments section below!
